The catch, in full
AI disclosure and call recording
Duty Agent tells every caller it is an AI at the start of the call. Here is the rest of what we do and do not do.
Does it have to say it is an AI?
We do it on every call, whether or not the law requires it. The greeting names the agency and says the caller is speaking to its AI assistant. A caller who would rather leave a message can, and a caller who asks for a person is put in the morning digest as a call to return first.
What is recorded, and who hears it
Calls are recorded and transcribed, with a spoken notice at the start. A caller who does not want to be recorded is told your office hours and the call ends; the digest still shows that it came in. Each recording belongs to the agency whose line it came from and is shared only with that agency, in the morning digest. We never publish or reuse an agency's recordings; anything we say publicly about call answering is aggregate.
What it will not invent
Duty Agent answers property questions from the listing information the agency gives it, and nothing else. It does not guess a price, an availability or a viewing slot: if the answer is not in your listings, it says so and takes the question for the team. It is an automated system and can mishear, which is why every call comes with its recording.
Cancelling
Cancel anytime by email; it takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for. You reverse the divert at the branch yourself with the one-page sheet; nothing was ported and nothing was installed. The refunds and cancellation policy says what happens to your recordings when you leave, and the privacy notice says how long they are kept. Pricing · How it works
